On November 26, 2021, the data on the Shaanxi Provincial Emission Permit Enterprise Monitoring Information Release Platform showed that Shaanxi xxx Water Co., Ltd. exceeded the total nitrogen emission standard from 2021.11.17-2021.11.19. PECC reflected the situation to the local environmental protection bureau through 12369 and microblogging, as shown in the figure below:

December 13, 2021 received feedback from the local environmental protection bureau: for the enterprise exceeded the standard behavior has been investigated and verified, and issued a supervisory letter, requiring the enterprise to immediately carry out rectification.
