On May 27, 2021, the data on the Shaanxi Provincial Emission Permit Enterprise Monitoring Information Release Platform showed that the total nitrogen in the water of the sewage treatment plant of Shaanxi xxxxxxxx (xx) Co., Ltd. in Weinan City, Shaanxi Province, exceeded the emission standards, and PECC reflected the situation to the local Environmental Protection Bureau through 12369 and microblogging, as shown in the figure below:

June 7, 2021 received the local Environmental Protection Bureau investigation response: I have issued a “Decision to Order Correction of Illegal Acts” to the plant, urging it to develop a rectification program, and at the same time, its illegal discharge of sewage problems in accordance with the law to file a case for investigation.
